To develop new Success Habit

Psychologists tells us that up to 90% of our behavior is habitual..From the time we wake up in the morning till the time we retire at night, there are hundreds of things we do the same every day...did we realize that??..these includes the way we take shower, dress, eat breakfast, driving, shopping,etc....Our habits determine our outcomes..whatever habits we currently have established are producing our current level of result..e.g i become chubby becoz i luv to take supper n luv cheezy food so much as a consequences, my scale move to 55kg++..
so for this new year, i try to develop new habits to get a better result n improvement of myself:

  • Drink 2 glasses of mineral water just after wake up in the morning
  • Read books- 20 pages a day
  • Plan in advance- before sleep
  • Review n visualize my goal before sleep
  • Sit up 50 times everyday
  • Exercising 3 times per week
  • Being on time
  • Saving 10% of income
