Aktiviti weekend....

9:45 PM

esok pagi2 lagi saya akan pegi senamrobik dekat tasik depan amcorp mall...
hopefully x hujan dan x terlajak tido....
pukul 7.30 -8.30 pagi.....
saya mula terasa kegemukan..huhu
kerana ada beberapa baju dan seluar macam dah tak muat..
seperti sarung nangka....huhuh
adakah baju mengecil kerana rajin membasuhnye..hehe..
atau badan membesar tanpa disedari.....hurm...
apapun.....jangan give up dan saya perlu berusaha.....
jgn sampai jadi macam nih....huhu

  1. Good afternoon. saya harap awak sudah workout pagi tadi. 'discipline' is the keyword. wakeup early every morning, workout, mandi, breakfast, then go to work. or go to work, then workout at 6pm and after that dinner at 8pm.

    If you can't stick to that program, i would suggest you join a fitness club. more flexibility, you can workout anytime, even in your lunchtime. just do some research, and find the best club for you. not so expensive maaa.., i think you can afford it. its more fun, and you gonna like it. Ada cardio workout, weight, group exercise - bodycombat, bodyslam ....macam2

    Another thing, kalau tak mau gemuk, just see what you want to eat...mmmm discipline.....kalau hari2 burger McD or kari kambing, hummmm.. . tu lah jadinye...hahaha..

    i have joined fitness first before about one year...mmg best all the classes n the environment....
    but bile pindah rumah n komitmen dengan keja so stop terus...im thinking to join back...
    mane lagi best skrang ...
    fitness first..california ..true..or celebrity....
    semua i pernah amik one week free pass kecuali true fitness...how about u geckoman...did u joined any club ?

    fitness club is just waste of money..
    its a place for those who cant manage their self n need others..
    wat u shud do is like geckoman said..discipline..!!
    even walking n climbing stairs everyday can give u good exercise..
    works for me ;p
